On Wednesday 7 October 2026, from 10.30 am to 12.00 pm, the Conseil d’État and the Musée national de la Marine are organising a major debate at the Palais de Chaillot on the 2026 annual study by the Conseil d’État, ‘The Sea and Public Policy’, published on 9 September 2026. Doors open to the public at 10.00; registration is compulsory.
